CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES c&f lil baby

Las CumbresChild and Family Services division offers a continuum of closely integrated programs for infants and children through Early Intervention and Early Childhood Mental Health programs.

The Early Intervention program (also known as Family Infant Toddler, or FIT) provides therapeutic and developmental services and supports to families and their children ages birth to three who have or are at risk for developmental delays and/or disabilities.

The Mental Health program offers a range of services for families with children ages birth to five who have social-emotional vulnerabilities and/or special developmental needs.

The services we provide through our Child and Family Services division help children who are experiencing delays to develop the skills they are lacking, thereby enhancing their readiness for school, ability to reach other developmental milestones, and ability to gain other necessary skills later in life.  Our services help children with delays and social-emotional difficulties to get back on track and prepare them for healthy relationships and successful learning throughout their life.

Las Cumbres is known for its emphasis on supporting healthy caregiver–child relationships as the most effective way to ensure healthy development.  The heart of all our Child and Family Services programs is our relationship-based philosophy and our commitment to families over time.
