Full time opening for a Family Support Services, Family Navigator. The FSS Program focuses on providing services to parents and primary/secondary caregivers of children 0-5 years of age to prevent child abuse and neglect. This position works to improve parent-child interaction and health child development in addition to increasing parents and primary/secondary caregivers knowledge of and ability to meet children's developmental needs.

Key qualities to be successful in this role include: an outgoing personality, great communication and problem solving skills, highly organized and flexible. Must be proficient in data entry and have reliable transportation. BS in Social Work or related Human Services Field preferred. Valid New Mexico Driver's License. Bilingual preferred.


Supported Employment/ Independent Living Instructor

Direct Support Personnel needed in Chama/ Tierra Amarilla to work with adults with disabilities. Direct Support Personnel are responsible for working directly with individuals served at assigned worksite(s) and providing the personal assistance and supervision required for individuals served to improve and maintain quality of life as outlined in Individual Service Plans. Responsible for actively sipporting individuals in all aspects of service.
