Las Cumbres has one full time opening for a Santa Fe Family Support Services Bilingual Family Navigator. The FSS program focuses on providing services to parents and primary/secondary caregivers of children 0-5 years of age to prevent child abuse and neglect. This position works to improve parent-child interaction and health child development in addition to increasing parents and primary/secondary caregivers' knowledge of and ability to meet children's developmental needs. Key qualities to be successful in this role include: an outgoing personality, great communication and problem solving skills, highly organized and flexible. Must be proficient in data entry, ability to learn databases and must have reliable transportation for home visitations. BA in Social Work of a related Human Services field preferred. Valid New Mexico's Driver's License. Bilingual a must.

Full time Clinical Supervisor to support our Rio Arriba and Santa Fe Behavioral Health Teams. Must have Independent Licensure in Counseling, Art Therapy or Social Work, experience providing infant and early childhood mental health treatment, Supervision and one or more of the following interventions: Child Parent Psychotherapy, Child Centered Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Circle of Security Parenting. Bilingual and Infant Mental health Endorsement at Category III or IV-C preferred.

 

Infant Team Director for the First Judicial District (Santa Fe, Rio Arriba and Los Alamos)

The Director will provide administrative, clinical and reflective supervision to members of the JD1 Infant Team, as well as direct services for children ages 0-3 who are in State custody. Prior experience in this role is not a requirement; training and ongoing supervision from the Child and Family Services Director and CYFD will be provided. Must have training in Child Parent Psychotherapy, excellent organization, verbal and written skills, and familiarity with the child protective system. Home Visitor
Confident Parenting
Rio Arriba County

Full Time Home Visitor needed for a Home Visiting Program that partners with families with children prenatal to three years old, to promote child development and Confident Parenting by supporting the relationship among the family, home visitor and the community. Job duties include but are not limited to assisting families in identifying informal support networks, providing referrals to community resources, caregivers and adoptive parents through child development curricula.

High school dimploma, AA in Early Childhood Education/ Development or related field preferred. At least 1 year of experience working with infants, toddlers and families. Valid New Mexico Driver's License. Bilingual preferred.
