Director of Resource Development and Communications
The Director of Resource Development and Communications will implement a fundraising and communications strategy to increase revenue and raise the agency’s profile.
The position serves as a member of the senior management team and provides strategic vision and leadership that ensures the continued delivery of services to the communities Las Cumbres serves.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Resource Development and Communications holds the primary responsibility for Las Cumbres’s fundraising and friend-raising strategies and activities. Through grant solicitations (corporate, foundation, and government), major donor and individual giving initiatives, marketing and public relations efforts (including branding, print publications, web presence and social media), special events, and other activities, the Director of Resource Development will focus on the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of all funding sources and key partnerships.
Education and Experience:
• A minimum of five years of Development experience; grant-writing in a non-profit setting is preferred
• BA/BS required, MA/MS preferred

• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of securing revenue.
Must be familiar with the communities served and with the non-profit environment.
• Experience and success working in collaboration with organizational leaders to raise funds.
• Experience working with local and national foundations, corporations and government.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Ability to successfully handle a large volume of work, manage and prioritize many tasks simultaneously, and meet ongoing multiple deadlines.
• Ability to respond with flexibility to unanticipated requests.
• Skill and sensitivity in interpersonal relations.
• A desire to be creative and work with others in an enthusiastic, team-driven atmosphere.
• Based in Santa Fe with frequent travel to Espanola.
Residential Instructor
Adult Services Program
Los Alamos with local travel
Full time residential instructors needed in Los Alamos to work with adults with disabilities in a group home setting. Residential instructors are responsible for menu planning, food preparation, bathing, grooming, budgeting, etc.
Independent Living Instructor
Adult Services Program
Española, New Mexico/Coronado Office with local travel
Full time instructors to help adults with disabilities acquire the skills to complete day-to-day activities. Responsibilities: Assisting in adequate nutrition through menu planning, shopping, food preparation, and food preservation, as well as exhibiting personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, and dressing), etc. Bilingual a plus.
Day Hab Instructor

Seeking part-time instructor to help adults with disabilities acquire the skills to complete day-to-day activities. Bilingual a plus. Drug screen, FBI clearance and other pre-employment requirements must be met. Experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred and candidates must be able to meet physical and essential requirements of the job.
Occupational Therapist & Physical Therapist
Family, Infant, Toddler Program

Part-time Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist are needed for an Early Intervention program that provides services to children with special needs. Potential applicant must have licensure from the NM Board of Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Practice. Must have experience with children with special needs, be willing to work with their families and potential applicant must have reliable transportation. Requirements include MA or BA. Bilingual ability is highly desired.
Service Coordinator /Developmental Specialist

Full time position for individual to act as liaison and advocate for
children in the Family, Infant, Toddler program. Job duties include: home
visiting; conducting developmental evaluations, providing developmental
services. Bachelors or Masters Degree in early childhood education, social
work, psychology, or related field required. Bilingual Preferred.
Therapist for Conjunto Preschool

Full-time time social work therapist working in the Conjunto Therapeutic Preschool program. Masters level LISW Social Work or in process. Experience working with young children and families. Child centered, relationship strength based play therapy. Work in preschool setting with three and four year olds. Working with a team of early childhood teachers, and developmental therapist. Case management skills. Bilingual preferred (Spanish). Has or is in the process of NMAIMH endorsement. Position to begin in August.
Two (2) Preschool Teachers
Conjunto Pre-School
Española, New Mexico/Main Office with local travel
Two (2) full-time positions working in a therapeutic preschool program for three and four year olds. AA in Early Childhood or higher. Two (2) years experience working with young children and families. Must be willing to team with other staff in the program. Training on-going for observation assessment and therapeutic skills. Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish). Position to begin in August.
Therapist/Clinician
Community Infant Program
Santa Fe, New Mexico, with local travel
Challenging work and laughter too. Infant/parent mental health program seeks part-time therapist.
Clinical experience working with children and families. Bilingual preferred (Spanish). Masters in Counseling or Social Work. Proper licensure for State of NM. Dependable transportation for home visitation.
