Human Resource Director
Administration

Director will supervise the Human Resource Department in Española and provide human resources support to the entire corporation including internal personnel policies and procedures, employee issues and relations, and employment law. Candidate will also serve as benefits and risk management administrator. This is a full-time position. Bachelor's degree required. Bilingual (Spanish/English). Master's degree preferred.

Instructional Director
Early Childhood Mental Health Training Institute
Santa Fe office

Seeking full-time Instructional Director to provide instruction and coordinate instructional processes. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a unique national model initiative founded on the Michigan endorsement model of Early Childhood Mental Health training and endorsement.
Responsibilities will include: recruitment of faculty and mentors, conducting seminars and community workshops, development of training curriculum, course plans, and syllabi. Masters Degree required, PhD preferred. New Mexico State counselor or Social Work license preferred, and New Mexico Association for Infant Mental Health (NMAIMH) membership preferred.

Full-time supervisor needed at residential home with a DD/Waiver agency. Potential applicant must be energetic, self-starter, possess great orgainzational skills and people skills. Previous supervisory experience required.


Service Coordinator/Developmental Specialist

Family, Infant, Toddler Program

Full-time position for individual to act as liaison for children in the Family, Infant, Toddler program. Job duties include: home visiting, conducting developmental evaluations, providing developmental services. Bachelors or Masters Degree in early childhood education, social work, psychology, or related field required. Bilingual preferred.

Potential applicant must have licensure from the NM Board of Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Board. ASLs are welcome to apply. Bilingual ability is highly desired. Must have experience with children with special needs and be willing to work with their families. Potential applicant must have reliable transportation.


Developmental Specialist

Española, New Mexico/Main Office with local travel

Full-time Developmental Specialist needed for early childhood program assisting families served to meet the program plan(s) specified in their Individual Family Services Plans for their child(ren) in their own homes, in Las Cumbres centers, or in community programs as appropriate. Must be familiar with dealing with children who have special needs and be willing to work closely with families served by the early childhood program. Educational Requirements: AA degree (or higher).
