The Family Navigator will act as a liason to support children and their families with limited English proficiency in better managing their needs until goals are reached as defined by the Santuario del Corazon Team.
Las Cumbres has one full time opening for a Family Navigator. Workers are needed for Santa Fe, Rio Arriba and Taos counties. The Santuario del Corazon program focuses on providing services to children and their families who have experienced a traumatic separation with a parent/caregiver due to deportation. This position works to identify, assess, screen and comprehensively team with professionals to case manage.
Key qualities to be successful in this role include: an outgoing personality, great communication and problem solving skill,strong computer literacy, highly organized and flexible. Must be proficient in data entry and have reliable transportation. Must speak, read and write in Spanish (bilingual). Position requires travel. BA in Social Work or a related human services field preferred. Valid New Mexico Driver's License.

Various locations- Santa Fe and Espanola. GED/HS Diplpma plus one year of experience working with children birth to adolescent. Child care certificate a plus. Must be able to read, write, understand and speak english. Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish).
Conjunto Preschool Program
Rio Arriba County
Part-time seasonal position working in a therapeutic preschool program for three or four year olds. Early Childhood classes or willing to train per licensing requirements, and two (2) years experience working with young children and families. Must be willing to team with other staff in the program. Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish). Position open till filled.
Family Infant Toddler Department
Santa Fe, Espanola, Los Alamos Office with local travel
Professional Therapists needed to provide Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy Services for an Early Intervention program that will provide services to children age 0-3 with special needs. Potential applicants must have proper New Mexico licensure. Must have experience working with children with special needs, be willing to work with their families and potential applicant must have reliable transportation. Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish). Position contracted annually.

Respite Care Providers needed in Rio Arriba, Los Alamos and Santa Fe County. Duties include meal preparation, personal hygiene and leisure activities. Some transportation required, must have reliable transportation.
Santa Fe Site
Seeking Volunteers to provide childcare for a few hours on a bimonthly basis. HS Diploma, Childcare or related experience required. Bilingual a plus. Ability to pass CYFD background clearance and drug screening.
