Family Support Services Program

Las Cumbres has one full time opening for a Family Support Services Bilingual Family Navigator. The FSS Program focuses on providing services to parents and primary/secondary caregivers of children to prevent child abuse and neglect. This position works to improve parent-child interaction and health child development in addition to increasing parents and primary/secondary caregivers' knowledge of and ability to meet children's developmental needs. 

Key qualities to be successful in this role include: an outgoing personality, great communication and problem solving skills, highly organized and flexible. Must be proficient in data entry, ability to learn databases and must have reliable transportation for home visitations. BA in Social Work or a related Human Services field preferred.  Combination of education and experience totaling (6) six years may be considered in lieu of degree. Valid New Mexico Driver's License. Biligual a plus. Position located in Rio Arriba County. 

Family Service Coordinator/Developmental Specialist I
Family Infant Toddler Department

Las Cumbres has one part time position (29 hours weekly) for a Family Service Coordinator/Developmental Specialist I. Duties: Assist families to access and receive early intervention services; complete intakes; evaluations; determine eligibility; and provide early intervention services in families' homes. 

BS or MS in early childhood education, social work or related field required. Bilingual preferred but not required. Position located in Santa Fe. Must have reliable transportation.

Billing Specialist

Las Cumbres is expanding our billing team. We are looking for an experienced Biller for Early Intervention and Behavioral Health Services. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, positive, directable, hard-working and love problem solving. They will also demonstrate flexibility in working cross-departmentally, and outside of typical business hours. Excellent and effective communication skills, enjoy work in a team environment and have the ability to thrive in a busy environment. If you have the experience and the detail drive to get things done you might be a match for us!

HS Diploma or equivalent post-secondary edutation in related field. Experience in billing, Administrative Support and Reception. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Bilingual preferred.

Home Visitor
Home Visiting Department 

Part Time Home Visitor needed for a Home Visiting program in Espanola that partners with families with children prenatal to three years old, to promote child development and confident parenting by supporting the relationship among the family, home visitor, and the community. Job duties include, but are not limited to assisting families in identifying informal support networks, providing referrals to community resources, providing information on prenatal health, new born care and child development, and guiding families, caregivers and adoptive parents through child development curricula. 

High School diploma, AA in Early Childhood or related field preferred. At least 1 year of experience working with infants, toddlers and families. Valid New Mexico Drivers' License. Bilingual preferred. 

Conjunto Preschool Lead Teacher
Conjunto Preschool Department 

Full time position, 40 hours per week working in a Therapeutic Preschool program for three and four year olds for the 2019-2020 school year. AA in Early Childhood degree or higher or in the process of obtaining degree. Two (2) years' experience working with young children and families. Must be willing to team with other staff in the program. Training on-going for observation assessment and therapeutic skills. Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish). Position open till filled. 

Conjunto Preschool Teacher Assistant

Full time position, 36-40 hours per week working in a Therapeutic Preschool program for three and four year olds for the 2019-2020 school year. Early Childhood classes or willing to train per licensing requirements and two (2) years experience working with young children and families. Must be willing to team with other staff in the program. Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish). Position open till filled.  

Conjunto Preschool Therapist
Conjunto Preschool Department 

We are seeking an inspired, energetic and motivated full-time therapist for our therapeutic preschool. Successful candidates will hold independent licensure (LPCC/LISW/LMFT), have experience working with young children and her families, and enjoy working in a team environment with experienced early childhood teachers ans developmental specialists. Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).

Professional Therapists needed to provide Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy Services for an Early Intervention program that will provide services to children age 0-3 with special needs. Potential applicants must have proper New Mexico licensure. Must have experience working with children with special needs, be willing to work with their families and potential applicant must have reliable transportation. Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish).  Position contracted annually.

Direct Support Personnel

Full Time and Part Time On-Call Direct Support Personnel needed in Los Alamos & Chama Office to work with adults with disabilities. Direct Support Personnel are responsible for working directly with individuals serves at assigned worksite(s) and providing personal assistance and supervision required for individuals served to improve and maintain quality of life as outlined in Individual Service Plans. Responsible for actively supporting individuals in all aspects of service including menu planning, food preparation, bathing, grooming, community access, budgeting, etc.

Respite Care Providers needed in Rio Arriba, Los Alamos and Santa Fe County. Duties include meal preparation, personal hygiene and leisure activities. Some transportation required, must have reliable transportation.
