Family Support Services Program

Las Cumbres has one full time opening in the Santa Fe, Family Support Services Program. The FSS program focuses on providing services to parents/primary/secondary caregivers of children 0-5 years of age to prevent child abuse and neglect. This position works to improve parent-child interaction and health child development in addition to increasing parents and primary/secondary caregivers' knowledge of and ability to meet childrens' developmental needs.

Key qualities: Great communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients. Problem solving, highly organized and flexible. Must be proficient in data entry, ability to learn databases and reliable transportation for Home Visits. BA is Social Work or related field preferred. Combination of education and experience totaling six (6) years may be considered in lieu of degree. Bilingual a plus. Valid NM Driver's License.


Teacher Assistant
Conjunto Preschool Program
Rio Arriba County

Part-time seasonal position for 2018-2019 school year, working in a therapeutic preschool program for three or four year olds. Early Childhood classes or willing to train per licensing requirements, and two (2) years experience working with young children and families. Must be willing to team with other staff in the program. Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish). Position open till filled.

Full time Clinical Supervisor to support our Rio Arriba and Santa Fe Behavioral Health Teams. Must have Independent Licensure in Counseling, Art Therapy or Social Work, experience providing infant and early childhood mental health treatment, Supervision and one or more of the following interventions: Child Parent Psychotherapy, Child Centered Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Circle of Security Parenting. Bilingual and Infant Mental health Endorsement at Category III or IV-C preferred.

Professional Therapists needed to provide Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy Services for an Early Intervention program that will provide services to children age 0-3 with special needs. Potential applicants must have proper New Mexico licensure. Must have experience working with children with special needs, be willing to work with their families and potential applicant must have reliable transportation. Bilingual ability highly desired. Position contracted annually.

Full Time and Part Time Direct Support Personnel needed in Espanola, Los Alamos & Chama Office to work with adults with disabilities. Direct Support Personnel are responsible for working directly with individuals serves at assigned worksite(s) and providing personal assistance and supervision required for individuals served to improve and maintain quality of life as outlined in Individual Service Plans. Responsible for actively supporting individuals in all aspects of service including menu planning, food preparation, bathing, grooming, community access, budgeting, etc.
