Family Outreach
Offers short-term, solution-focused case management (up to three months) for families identified as low-risk or in need of minimal support. The program helps families connect with community resources, and early intervention services to promote stability.
Serves clients in Rio Arriba, Taos, Los Alamos, Santa Fe, and Bernalillo Counties for up to three months.
