Las Cumbres’ Community Inclusion programs offer opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in community life. Services include:
Customized Community Supports Group (CCSG), previously known as Day Habilitation, and Customized Community Supports Individual (CCSI)
CCSG service is provided in a small group setting (3:1 or 4:1), while Customized Community Supports Individual (CCSI) is a one-on-one service.
All CI services provide full access to community inclusion activities. Clients choose their preferred services through their case management agency.
