Our Maternal Navigators support pregnant women by promoting healthy pregnancies, safe births, and strong starts for both mother and child. Navigators build trusted relationships with moms to improve maternal and infant health—during pregnancy, at birth, and beyond.

How It Works
We begin by meeting with each client to understand her unique situation. From this first conversation, navigators work with moms to develop a personalized service plan that centers safety, honors cultural values, and reflects each family's specific needs.
Our maternal navigators receive specialized training in:
Evidence-based parenting curricula
Lactation consultation
Maternal health and wellness
Meetings can take place in the home, at our offices, or in a convenient community location. We offer flexible scheduling to support busy lives and make our services as accessible as possible.
