Family Support and Prevention Services

Las Cumbres offers a continuum of family-centered case management services focused on prevention and support. These programs empower families to build on their strengths, enhance protective factors, and create safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive. Staff use evidence-based approaches that promote resilience, stability, and overall family well-being. All case management programs are provided to eligible families with children 0 to 18 years of age.
