Grandparents Raising Grandchildren (GRG)

Family Support and Prevention Services

Offers short-term, solution-focused case management (up to three months) for families identified as low-risk or in need of minimal support. The program helps connect families with community resources, and early intervention services to promote stability.

Family Outreach

Community-Based Prevention, Intervention, Reunification (CBPIR)

Provides in-home support to families in Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, Los Alamos, Taos, and Bernalillo counties, with a focus on prevention, stabilization, and reunification. Through four tailored case management models, families receive parenting education and wraparound services to strengthen safety, stability, and long-term well-being. 

Offers holistic, wraparound support to immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers, survivors of torture, and other newcomers across New Mexico. Our multilingual, culturally responsive team works alongside individuals and families at every stage of their journey, providing trauma-informed mental health care, case management, immigration legal services, medical care coordination, home visiting, housing stability, food access, and health and wellness programming.
