infant and Early Childhood services

¡Que Cute! Healthy Baby Program

Maternal Navigators partner with pregnant women to improve maternal and child health, creating a support plan based on each participant’s circumstances, values, and culture.  Contact 505.901.1027

Family Infant Toddler Program & Early Intervention (FIT/EI)

Supports families with children ages zero to three to achieve optimal physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Contact 505.753.4123 

Confident Parenting Home Visiting (CPHV)

Home visitors work with families of children ages prenatal to five to create an environment in which children learn how to relate to others, regulate their emotions, communicate their needs, and think creatively. Contact 505.795.4153 

At Conjunto, students of different capabilities learn alongside one another: approximately one-third have developmental disabilities or delays; one-third have emotional or psychological special needs, and one-third can be considered “mainstream.” Contact 505.901.1119 

Conjunto Therapeutic Preschool

Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health

Our therapists partner with children ages prenatal to 6 and their families to create a support plan specific to their circumstances, values, and culture. The clinical team is part of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) and provides evidence-based therapies to address childhood trauma. Meeting times and locations are flexible.

A flexible family support service that provides short-term, temporary care to children with or at risk of Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD), allowing families to take a break from daily caregiving. Contact 505.753.4123

Child Respite

Behavioral Health

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren (GRG)

Provides specialized support, resources, and discussion opportunities for grandparents who are serving as primary caregivers. Contact 505.753.4123

Family-centered case management services focused on prevention and support. These programs empower families to build on their strengths, enhance protective factors, and create safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive.  Contact 505.795.4505

Family Support and Prevention Services

Family Outreach

Offers short-term, solution-focused case management (up to three months) for families identified as low-risk or in need of minimal support. The program helps connect families with community resources, and early intervention services to promote stability.

Community-Based Prevention, Intervention, Reunification (CBPIR)

Provides in-home support to families in Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, Los Alamos, Taos, and Bernalillo counties, with a focus on prevention, stabilization, and reunification. Through four tailored case management models, families receive parenting education and wraparound services to strengthen safety, stability, and long-term well-being. 

Offers holistic, wraparound support to immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers, survivors of torture, and other newcomers across New Mexico. Our multilingual, culturally responsive team works alongside individuals and families at every stage of their journey, providing trauma-informed mental health care, case management, immigration legal services, medical care coordination, home visiting, housing stability, food access, and health and wellness programming.

Walking In Grace with Survivors of Torture (WINGS)

WINGS exists to provide holistic services to survivors of torture and their families.

Las Cumbres Adult Services offers supportive programs that empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and thrive in their communities. Contact 505.927.0426

Community Inclusion

Offers a wide range of opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in community life.

Customized In-Home Supports

The Independent Living program provides comprehensive supports to adults with developmental disabilities who live in their own homes or with family members. Serving residents in Los Alamos and Rio Arriba Counties.

Supported Living

Around-the-clock services, making it possible for adults with development disabilities, whose needs are beyond the scope of parents or family members, to live in a home setting.

Qualified providers offer respite services to parents, family members, and guardians of adults ages 21+ who have developmental delays or disabilities. Serving residents in Los Alamos, Rio Arriba, & Santa Fe Counties.
